At the February PSU TC Meetup we have a special opportunity to meet Dr. Tracy Dillon, a long-time faculty member and former director of the PSU MTPW program. Many current and former students have taken online courses from Dr. Dillon, including in most recent years Document Design and Grant Writing. Since Dr. Dillon teaches primarily online, many students have not had the opportunity to meet Dr. Dillon in person–this is your chance! You can also ask him questions about his research interests in Romanticism and the Anthropocene.
Dr. Dillon will be previewing for us his new course (WR 410/510) on the history of business and technical writing (hint: the Bible might be part of this history). This course will be offered fall quarter 2020 and will count as an elective course towards the MTPW degree or as an upper division course for English majors (WR 410).
